Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclaimer

I hereby authorize Cove Property Management to initiate an electronic funds transfer to my account at the financial institution named below. I also authorize Cove Property Management to make withdrawals from this account in the event that a credit entry is made in error.

I understand and agree that neither Cove Property Management nor any of its related or affiliated companies, shall be responsible for any loss, delay or nonpayment, including any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages that may arise from such loss, delay or nonpayment, as a result of (but not limited or restricted to) incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me or by my financial institution, or due to an error on the part of my financial institution in depositing funds to my account, or on the part of your financial institution in transferring such funds.

I further understand that this agreement will remain in effect until I submit an updated Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclaimer form to Cove Property Management.
