The annual MMHA Star Awards celebrate excellence throughout Maryland’s multifamily housing industry, recognizing outstanding communities, dedicated professionals, and management companies that demonstrate exceptional performance, innovation, and commitment to the industry. Throughout the year, Cove’s team members and communities participated in a competitive nomination and evaluation process that included property tours, interviews, and independent judging alongside some of the industry’s leading professionals and communities.
