The Instructor and Grader Administration Advisory Board has approved Stephen Margerum to teach Investment Real Estate: Financial Tools (FIN 402) for the Institute of Real Estate Management as of April 10, 2016. The approval process is an in depth training that requires a high level of skill and commitment. Becoming a part of the IREM Instructor cadre is a prestigious and important professional achievement. Although the approval process is a rigorous one, the time and financial commitment involved are well worth it.
