Stephen Margerum elected as the vice president of MMHA

The Maryland Multi-Housing Association, which represents providers of rental housing and professional residential services, has elected officers for its board of directors.

Keith Gillan, president of Murn Management, was elected president of the board. Stephen Margerum, founder of Cove Property Management, is the new vice president; Steve Weidner, president of Carpet Consultants, is now treasurer; and Patrick Butler, a vice president at Bozzuto Management, has been elected secretary.

The Maryland Multi-Housing Association serves the multi-housing industry and our communities by promoting and maintaining the highest professional standards of excellence.
