Cove Property Management won both individual and team awards at teh 2021 MMHA Star Awards: 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Star Awards! Congratulations to the entire #TEAMCOVE!

We had not one but two Gold winners at The Mount Royal and Queen Anne Belvedere! Ping Imel won gold for Leasing Consultant of the Year and Santos Zelaya won for Porter of the Year! I am so proud of both Ping and Santos! GREAT JOB

As for our Team awards, the Spa Cove Service Team won Silver and the Somerset at Towson Service Team won Gold. What an honor to have two of our Service Teams, led by Dan and Greg, honored at the MMHA Star Awards. These awards are well deserved wins!

One of our properties was also recognized at the Star Awards. I am honored that The Morgan won Bronze, a truly deserved accomplishment. I am excited as we continue to add value and maximize the potential at The Morgan.

The following communities were recognized as Star Certified Communities: Somerset at Towson, Spa Cove, The Morgan, Townes at Harvest View, Vivant Woodholme and West Woods.

And the icing on the cake … Cove Property Management won Silver as Property Management Company of the Year. What an accomplishment!!! We won this award because of you. Each and every Team Member at Cove Property Management works so hard every day ensuring we deliver on our customer service value statement “Make Everyone Feel at Home.”
