On October 13th, team members of our company joined together with other industry professionals to celebrate industry excellence at the annual The Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) Star Awards Ceremony held at The HALL at Live!
The MMHA Star Awards are designed to honor members of the association who exhibit the most outstanding and innovative properties and professionals in the industry.
As a company we placed several nominations for both our communities and team members who were then judged by a third party and scored against other industry professionals and communities. We are ecstatic to relay that our company and members of our team brought home 4 awards!
• Property Manager of the Year, Bronze: Heather Lundy
• Service Manager of the Year, Gold: Gregory Swietkoski
• Leasing Consultant of the Year, Silver: Mandisa Bush
AND
• Management Company of the Year, Silver
We also had 3 communities who were Star Certified:
BEST DRESSED contest winner went home Heather Lundy! She used her Property Manager hat and thought outside the box and came up with an incredibly creative idea.
